3rd shift; 10PM-6AM, Sunday-Thursday Several weeks on 1st shift for training, 6AM-2PM Monday through Friday Salary:
Depends on Experience, $23

Summary:
Supervises and trains Machine Shop personnel on their shift.
Responsible for efficient and effective operation of all equipment within the machine shop, deburring and buffing area under their direction.
Performs the following duties personally or through subordinate employees.
Lead Production Trainer
Responsibilities:
Supervises and directs work of Machine Operators Participates in hiring process, delegates responsibility, gives adequate direction, counsels them on performance issues or concerns, and provides training where appropriate.
Initiates disciplinary actions where necessary and according to procedure Plans and monitors staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and production of assigned area Approves timecards, monitors and records attendance Reviews priority lists and maintains schedule to production plan and assists in monitoring department metrics Works closely with quality team members and others to ensure quality of product Initiates, executes, documents and maintains process improvement projects Schedules, monitors and assists with employee training and development, including safety Adheres and monitors all company policies as well as department SOP and WI standards Develops improvement plans for quality, output, training and employee performance Assists with machine set up and maintenance when needed ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
