#### POSITION PURPOSE
Learn and experience the position of AVP in a fun and educational environment. Work with a variety of staff and provide assistance in a variety of credit related departments.
#### This is a paid internship; however students must arrange their own housing and transportation. Travel is usually required in order to work with individuals in a variety of positions. Business related transportation and expenses will be paid by Badgerland Financial.
#### POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Pursuing a bachelor degree in agriculture, business or a related field.
Knowledge of agriculture and agricultural operations is preferred.
Proficient with multiple forms of technology and software including Microsoft applications.
Ability to deliver of high quality products and services.

#### ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
You will be responsible to acquire a general knowledge of our credit processing systems.
Learn, develop and demonstrate the fundamentals of basic credit analysis using the 5 C's of credit: Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Conditions.
Balance the daily dynamic of inter-office business relationships.
Attend various networking events and represent Badgerland Financial with professionalism.
Build a general awareness of all the product lines and their ability to be used as solutions to customer needs.
Gain a general understanding and practice the sales process thru training, role playing or other sales opportunities provided by your mentor.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
